Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy born 25th November 1968 in Canada, is a Canadian actress and musician that was acknowledged for her contributions to American television. She was the main character in the American TV series Law & Order, where she played the role of prosecutor Claire Kincaid for three years. In Crossing Jordan she played Jordan Cavanaugh for six seasons. Hennessy demonstrated her skills in independent films including Chutney Popcorn or The Acting Class. Hennessy started her career as an actress in Dead Ringers with her sister. She starred on Broadway as a part of the show Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. The Buddy Holly Story during the year 1990, and then entered the sci-fi world in 1993 as Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Later that same year she became assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid in the hit NBC Crime Drama Law & Order. In this role she was awe-inspiring to viewers throughout the three years that ended in the year 1996. Mary Louise Parker.......................Mary-Louise Parker (born August 2 1964, height 5' 7 1/2" (1,71 m)) is an American actress best known for her current lead role on Showtime's television series Weeds portraying Nancy Botwin for which she has received several nominations and the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in 2006. Parker is a regular in a number of series and films, among them RED Fried Green Tomatoes Boys of the Side West Wing Angels and Angels in America. For these roles she received the Golden Globe Award in 2006 and Emmy Award in 2007. Parker received the Tony Award 2001 for Best Actress in the Broadway production Proof.
